W.A.R. Entertainment respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account / order info: name, email, shipping address, and order history.
- Newsletter / Inner Circle: email and any name you provide.
- Comments & Q&A: the name and message you submit (these are public).
- Tips: name (optional), amount, and message you choose to attach.
- Payment info: we never see your card number — payments are handled by Stripe.
- Basic analytics: pages visited, device type, approximate location. No third-party advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To fulfill orders and send shipping updates.
- To send the newsletter / Inner Circle emails you signed up for.
- To answer your Q&A and respond to fan comments.
- To improve the Site and our roster's understanding of our audience.
What we never do
- Sell your email or personal data to anyone.
- Spam you. Every newsletter has a one-click unsubscribe.
Third parties we use
- Stripe — payments. See Stripe's privacy policy.
- Resend — email delivery.
- Tapstitch / Shopify — merch fulfillment (for items we don't ship ourselves).
Your rights
You can request a copy of the data we have on you, ask us to correct or delete it, or unsubscribe from all marketing emails. Email privacy@warentertainment.com.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep your cart and admin session working. We do not use ad-tracking cookies.
Children
The Site is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
