The 14-day window

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange on eligible items.

What's eligible

• Apparel in original, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags attached.
• Accessories in original packaging.
• Sealed vinyl. Opened vinyl can be replaced only if defective.

What's not eligible

• Print-on-demand items in correct size and design (sized incorrectly by you — see size charts).
• Digital downloads and Inner Circle memberships.
• Tip jar contributions (these go directly to the artist).
• Items damaged from wear or improper care.

How to start a return

Email returns@warentertainment.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason. We'll respond within 48 hours with instructions.

Refund timing

Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is our error.

Defective or wrong items

Got the wrong item, wrong size, or a defect? Tell us within 7 days and we'll cover the return shipping and send a replacement.
