Processing time

Most W.A.R. merch is print-on-demand or fulfilled by our partners. Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days. Limited vinyl and signed items may take longer — we'll always tell you on the product page.

Shipping methods & times

• United States: standard shipping 5–10 business days after processing.
• Canada: 7–14 business days.
• Rest of the world: 10–21 business days. Customs delays possible.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. If it's been more than 10 business days and you don't have tracking, email orders@warentertainment.com.

Customs, duties, and taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or VAT charged by their country. These are not included in the order total.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, email us within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (for damage). We'll either replace it or refund it.

Preorders

Preorder items list an estimated ship date on the product page. Ship dates can shift — if it does, every preorder customer will be emailed before the new date.
